The founder of Eberhart Sign & Lighting Company was a talented and creative person who supplemented his income in his youth by doing sign work for local businesses. He did so well in his avocation that he resigned his job and began Eberhart Sign Co. specializing in commercial sign work & installation.
He produced sign products of all kinds, including neon displays and custom electric signs. The unique creativity of some of his work was featured in Signs of the Times - a national sign trade publication. He worked in the sign industry for 53 years until his death in 1982.
He built Eberhart Sign & Lighting Company upon a foundation of hard work and honest relationships with his customers.
